The purpose of the Grand Master of Yoga course is to initiate yoga practitioners to the energy generation mechanisms in every dimensions of existence and to guide them towards establishing a powerful communication with the eternal dimensions of consciousness. In other words, this course intends to take one from living an ordinary existence, guided mainly by the outer aspects of existence, to living through the inner guidance stemming from the pure dimensions of the consciousness, connect to their eternal Self and be able to express their higher personality in ordinary life.

Most yoga practitioners are not aware of the right mechanisms of yoga: too often relying on theoretical books’ knowledge which is not adapted to the contemporary society’s lifestyle and problematics. A mechanical practice of yoga ends up being a physical exercise, and although physical exercise is beneficial for the physical body, it is far from the true purpose of yoga and does not allow any expression of the potential enclosed in every human being that a truly customized and comprehensive practice does. Realising complicated postures is not the ultimate purpose of yoga nor is making the physical body flexible and perfectly shaped.

The true purpose of yoga is to generate the energy which is enclosed and dormant within every layer of existence and establish a genuine connection with the eternal dimensions. Then only can the state of integral Samadhi be experienced and the peace and balance within permeate every aspect of ordinary life.
